Sound Baths

Join us on Zoom as we enter the week feeling rested, restored and ready for what’s ahead.

  • Our sound bath mantra is “come as you are and practice as you please” and we mean it.

    This is your space to pause, unwind and be present in whatever way works for you. There’s no prior knowledge needed or any expectation to sit still.

    The session includes adaptations and simple guidance to help you feel at home.

  • We advise not taking part if:

    • You are in your first trimester of pregnancy, or there is a possibility you may be pregnant

    • You have a heart condition or have a pacemaker

    • You have a respiratory condition that significantly affects your ability to breathe while at rest
