Neurodivergent coaching for families
Supporting families online across the UK.
Coaching locally in Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and London.
Let’s get this straight…
You aren’t failing your kids or yourself. You’re doing everything you can to raise beautiful humans in a neurodivergent household. Rocket science sounds simpler!
1
My work is with families rather than children because supporting parents is just as critical as supporting kids.
2
I’m not here to judge your messy home, it’s your lived reality. We can chuckle at each other’s worst moments because the best is yet to come.
3
With support, let’s remove the guesswork from the daily chaos, make the unknowns more manageable and the everyday more fun to be in.
4
We’ll build upon the supports you already have but haven’t realised yet within your context, your values, your culture, your beliefs and your identity.
5
You’ll get to…
Make sense of your family’s world
No matter where you're at, we’ll build an in-depth understanding of your family's needs, your hidden strengths and where you want to be.Work better with everyone’s wiring
You’ll learn what makes each brain tick, the cognitive, sensory and emotional needs that underpin it, and strategies that don't leave you burnt out.
Live in full colour with less chaos
You’ll lead with confidence in knowing your child and how to navigate the tough days with the smooth. All while enjoying more fulfilling family experiences as a result of your progress.
No need to justify what’s hard in the hope you’ll be believed. Work with someone who gets it, lives it and will help you move forward.
Get 8-12 dedicated weeks to:
Make sense of each family member’s neurodivergent experience at home and school
Adjust to everyone’s sensory preferences and emotional needs
Introduce soft moments and fun adventures amongst the to-do’s
Establish low maintenance routines without chewing you up and spitting you out
Make room for what you deeply care about and want for your family to thrive
Coaching in your world, alongside you, without pressure.
Does this sound like your family?
Morning, after school and bedtime routines are a battle you dread most days
1
You’re trying really hard to manage your child’s unpredictable or explosive emotions
2
You’re not getting the support you expected from medical professionals, school or both
3
You feel like you’re always behind and curve balls derail the rest of your day or week!
You’d like to travel with less stress, resistance and the inevitable meltdowns
4
You worry about how your child is coping at school with the demands and lack of support
You’re doing your best as a parent but meeting their needs seems impossible without chaos

What it’s like working with me
-
Sessions are designed to be an inclusive and judgement-free set of conversations to identify where you’re at and to progress to where you want to be with lightning under you feet.
We work with your brain, how you process and communicate. By default, you’re respected as the expert of your own experience. You’re allowed to be messy and bring your whole self to every session.
You also don’t need a diagnosis to work with me. Most neurodivergent people know before a piece of paper tells them. You’ll get to learn from my extensive knowledge of neurodivergence and our wonderful brains.

Imagine being wrapped in a cozy blanket, watching your favourite movie and eating comfort food after the best nap ever? That, as a really easy chat.
I’m an empathetic coach who finds the balance between facing the hard stuff with laughing our way through rabbit holes. We explore your internal world alongside your external experience and use tools to empower you in any situation, so you can take on those big unknowns.
Each session, we’ll untangle the mess with refreshing simplicity. I just ask you really good questions that no one ever has before. You’ll leave itching to try out your own and yoideasu’ll have my accountability support along the way.

Strength-based psychology
We focus on your values, qualities, skills and experiences that lead you well, and use these to build stronger foundations.
Applied Neuroscience
We call on evidence-based neuroscience (not pop science) to help you understand your brain and develop healthier practices you can sustain.
Somatic-based enquiry
We can’t always think our way into clarity. We’ll explore what experiences and emotions feel like physically to help you find meaning and lighter ways forward.
Trauma-informed
Mental health challenges and trauma are often a part of the neurodivergent experience. We don’t ignore this. We work at a safe pace in support of your journey that acknowledges your history.

What clients are saying
“With Patrice’s support, I’ve been able to sit with challenges, process difficult emotions, and face things head-on rather than avoid them. This has helped me to build deeper relationships, clarify my priorities, and find a renewed sense of purpose. I feel more grounded, clearer in my direction, and better equipped to handle difficult situations.”
— Hattie, with ADHD daughter, sailing through a huge life change after recovery“I forgot about you being a neurodivergent coach. Coaching has contributed to me being in the now. Being right here, present, in the moment. That’s quite a big one, really. Because I’ve been able to speak to things that are going on. I’m not focusing on my troubles. You know, rushing to get this and this and this done.
I think I would have been jumping all over the place otherwise, and getting everything done at once. It has been helpful because without doing that I wouldn’t have got to where I am. I think my progression and my development would have been slower.”
