Neurodivergent coaching for adults

Supporting adults online across the UK.
Coaching locally in Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and London.

Let’s get this straight…

Neurodivergence is more than ADHD and Autism. I work with your neurotype including AuDHD, Dyslexia, Processing Disorders and
co-occuring conditions like Anxiety and Depression.

1

Expect significant changes after real exploration guided by you, psychology, somatics and neuroscience.

2

I’m here to give you permission to thrive being you, your way. Where you no longer mask your potential.

3

With support, it’s possible to make your life and brain richer, easier and more fun to be in.

4

The fun part is learning what that looks like. Within your context, your values, your culture, your beliefs and your identity.

5

You’ll get to…

Make sense of your world

No matter where you're at, we’ll build an in-depth understanding of who you are, what influences you and where you want to be.

Work with your wiring

You’ll learn how your mind works, what you respond best to, and balancing your needs to progress without burning out.

Live in full colour

You’ll practice what's most important to you, and enjoy new, empowering experiences as a result of your progress.

No explaining how you think, feel or exist hoping you won’t be judged for it. Work with someone who gets and lives it too.

Connect through:

  • Walk and talks

  • Active sessions

  • Lunch chats

  • Body doubling

  • Jumping between thoughts

  • Revisiting again and again

  • Deep diving into passion interests

  • Extra time for rabbit holes

This is neurodivergent coaching that speaks your language.

Does this sound like you?

You want to build friendships but struggle to cope in social environments

1

You work hard and are determined but aren’t seeing the progress you deserve

2

You feel sick at the sign of conflict and leave disagreements ruminating and feeling invisible

3

You want to put yourself first but everyone else’s needs mean you barely get a look in

You talk to loved ones, tried therapy but nothing’s really shifted

4

You wish your brain and environment would demand less of your attention and energy

You’re doing your best as a parent but meeting their needs seems impossible without chaos

Experience big emotions that take a lot to recover from and impact connections

Feel exhausted and convinced it’s burnout that even reading this was a struggle

What it’s like working with me

What clients are saying

“We can talk about the most mundane things, but go on so many different journeys, and then we can have the deepest philosophical existential crisis conversations. They're all in one, and it's great, because that's how my mind works.”

“I probably wouldn't be as far along in my journey with another person compared to what I am now. I've both progressed and challenged my own mindset, which has then helped me to change as a person, but not in a fundamental or moral way. I have evolved as a human because of it.”

“It's noticed by my family and boyfriend that I have more externally visible patience, rather than just internalising. I’ve seen the difference especially with my mindset and toolkit. It’s been so much easier.”

— Rochelle, AuDHD and her very human evolution bossing relationship and career changes

“With Patrice’s support, I’ve been able to sit with challenges, process difficult emotions, and face things head-on rather than avoid them. This has helped me to build deeper relationships, clarify my priorities, and find a renewed sense of purpose. I feel more grounded, clearer in my direction, and better equipped to handle difficult situations.”

— Hattie, with ADHD daughter, sailing through a huge life change after recovery

I forgot about you being a neurodivergent coach. Coaching has contributed to me being in the now. Being right here, present, in the moment. That’s quite a big one, really. Because I’ve been able to speak to things that are going on. I’m not focusing on my troubles. You know, rushing to get this and this and this done.

I think I would have been jumping all over the place otherwise, and getting everything done at once. It has been helpful because without doing that I wouldn’t have got to where I am. I think my progression and my development would have been slower.

– Mark, devoted dad with ADHD and Bipolar Disorder, fearlessly building a new career with purpose
