Neurodivergent coaching for teens

Supporting teens online across the UK.
Coaching locally in-person and in schools across Hertfordshire,

Cambridgeshire, Essex and London.

Let’s get this straight…

Your teen brain is experiencing the biggest transformation of a lifetime. So if things feel shaky, that’s your brain doing its job to adapt.

1

I’ll help you take charge of how you’ll tackle what’s ahead of you with the confidence of having your own back when it matters.

2

I’m here to show you can thrive being you, your way. Where you begin to trust in your own magic.

3

With support, it’s possible for life to feel more manageable, less demanding and easier to face.

4

The fun part is learning what that looks like. Within your context, your values, your culture, your beliefs and your identity. No one else’s.

5

You’ll get to…

Make sense of your world

We’ll build an in-depth picture of who you are, who you're becoming and what's important to you.

Work with your wiring

You’ll learn what's going on in your mind and how to work with it, even on those bad days.

Live in full colour

You’ll work on what you want to improve on and learn from your progress.

I’ve worked with teens for 8 years and have pretty much heard it all.

I’m not a teacher, I’m a coach, which means there’s no hierarchy only mutual respect over a chat. You won’t be judged for your mistakes, thoughts, feelings, or goals, only listened to with an action plan in hand to make the progress you care about.

Our sessions can be:

  • Walk and talks

  • Lunch chats

  • Body doubling time

  • Deep dives

  • Gaming duos

  • With extra time to finish up

This is neurodivergent coaching without the unnecessary stuff.

Does this sound like you?

Everyone wants you to talk but barely anyone understands where you’re coming from

1

You work hard and are super determined but the progress doesn’t match up

2

You have heavy moments or meltdowns that leave you exhausted and needing time alone

3

6

You find friendships hard work to make, to keep and to recover from fallouts

You try to break habits, start off well but eventually fall off

4

You wish your brain and environment would demand less of your energy

You’ve got strategies that work well sometimes but can’t always rely on them

You wish your brain would just work differently so life could be easier

What it’s like working with me

What clients are saying

“We can talk about the most mundane things, but go on so many different journeys, and then we can have the deepest philosophical existential crisis conversations. They're all in one, and it's great, because that's how my mind works.”

“I probably wouldn't be as far along in my journey with another person compared to what I am now. I've both progressed and challenged my own mindset, which has then helped me to change as a person, but not in a fundamental or moral way. I have evolved as a human because of it.”

“It's noticed by my family and boyfriend that I have more externally visible patience, rather than just internalising. I’ve seen the difference especially with my mindset and toolkit. It’s been so much easier.”

— Rochelle, AuDHD and her very human evolution bossing relationship and career changes

“With Patrice’s support, I’ve been able to sit with challenges, process difficult emotions, and face things head-on rather than avoid them. This has helped me to build deeper relationships, clarify my priorities, and find a renewed sense of purpose. I feel more grounded, clearer in my direction, and better equipped to handle difficult situations.”

— Hattie, with ADHD daughter, sailing through a huge life change after recovery

I forgot about you being a neurodivergent coach. Coaching has contributed to me being in the now. Being right here, present, in the moment. That’s quite a big one, really. Because I’ve been able to speak to things that are going on. I’m not focusing on my troubles. You know, rushing to get this and this and this done.

I think I would have been jumping all over the place otherwise, and getting everything done at once.

– Mark, devoted dad with ADHD and Bipolar Disorder, fearlessly building a new career with purpose
